With over 10 years of experience both in the public and private sector I am a committed and results-driven Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) leader.
I leverage strategic insights, data-driven approaches and collaborative leadership to foster a workplace culture centred on belonging, respect, and inclusion.
My experience includes designing and delivering impactful strategies that have helped to address disparities in employee progression, introduce targeted development programmes, and increased representation at senior levels.
Improvement statistics:
• Improved Senior Leadership representation from a gender lens from 23% to 43% and from 9% to 11% from an ethnicity lens.
• Improved disclosure rates for from 80% to 90%.
• Exit Interview insights improved from 26% response rate to 53%.
• Improved Inclusion Index rate from 6.7 to 8.7 over 2 years.
I support employee resource groups to amplify diverse voices, shape inclusive policies, and ensure initiatives align with broader organisational goals. Externally, I partner with community organisations to promote equity, demonstrating how diverse perspectives drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and strengthen community connections.
