In my recent role at the Women and Girls Network, I provided strategic support through data-informed reporting, ensuring our services met the needs of a diverse community. I also led the creation of resources that enhanced access and understanding across various demographics, cultivating an empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
