With a robust background in social research, data analysis, and community engagement, I am dedicated to fostering inclusive and equitable environments where diverse perspectives are valued and empowered. My experience spans working with underserved communities, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on social outcomes, and designing initiatives that support inclusive practices and meaningful change.
I hold an MSc in Gender Studies from the London School of Economics, where I developed a deep understanding of structural inequalities and intersectional frameworks, and a BA in Philosophy, Ethics, and Religion. These academic foundations equip me with a critical and nuanced perspective essential for DEI work. In my recent role at the Women and Girls Network, I provided strategic support through data-informed reporting, ensuring our services met the needs of a diverse community. I also led the creation of resources that enhanced access and understanding across various demographics, cultivating an empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
I am passionate about driving initiatives that bridge gaps in equity, access, and representation within organisations, and I bring a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration. Whether through analysing DEI metrics, facilitating workshops, or crafting inclusive policies, my goal is to create spaces where all individuals feel respected, represented, and valued.
