Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a SEND Teaching Assistant, specializing in Primary ages with a focus on Autism and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-to-one support to primary-aged students with autism and learning difficulties.

- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.

- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social and emotional development of students.

- Collaborate with the class teacher and other professionals to create a cohesive and effective learning experience.

Requirements:

- Experience working with primary-aged students with autism and learning difficulties.

- Understanding of various strategies and interventions to support students with SEND.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

- Relevant training or experience in supporting children with autism and learning difficulties.
