Salary: TBC + 33.33% Shift Premium for Swing Shifts
Joining Bonus: 3,000 ( 2,000 in your first month's pay, 1,000 after successful completion of 6-month probation)

Relocation Fee: Up to 8000

Shift Pattern: Swing Shift
Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm / 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 am - 1:00 pm / 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our dynamic team, working on advanced Fixed and Sliding Head machines, as well as triple turret twin spindle machines with Fanuc-based controls. Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Turning: Set, program, and operate CNC machines with Fanuc controls, ensuring components are produced to exact specifications and delivered on time.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect your work and meticulously record results to maintain our high-quality standards.
• Efficient Set-Ups: Perform fast set-ups and changeovers, demonstrating your ability to read drawings and bring them to life as precise parts.
• Lean Manufacturing: Apply lean manufacturing principles (4M's, 5S's) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, resolving issues and contributing to a collaborative environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement activities and lean processes to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Manual Machining: Set and operate manual machines as required, and perform additional operations like deburring to produce finished components.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary material movement paperwork, ensuring traceability and compliance.
