We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our pupils.

Your Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Collaborate with teachers to deliver lessons and assist with the implementation of engaging learning activities.
Provide one-to-one and small-group support tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
Help manage the classroom environment and assist with resource preparation.
Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
Work closely with children requiring additional support, including those with SEN, where applicable.

What Were Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who has:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working with children in a school setting, ideally in a similar role.
A good understanding of the curriculum and strategies for effective learning support.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for education and supporting children development.

Eligibility Requirements

Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or be willing to process a new one).
Provide two professional references related to childcare.
Have up-to-date Safeguarding training (training can be provided if necessary).
