Experience: Previous experience in a SEND setting is highly desirable. Flexibility: Open to adapting to different environments and student needs. Team Orientated: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Dedication: Dedication to high expectations for both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with students in a supportive and engaging manner.
• Assist in implementing holistic and personalised learning approaches to foster development.
• Support the planning and execution of educational activities that promote physical, and social growth.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for students.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Qualifications:

• CACHE/NVQ Level 2+ in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for working with young people with SEND.
• Proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of holistic and personalised learning principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
