About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Stoke Mandeville. This role offers the opportunity to inspire and nurture young learners in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and committed to creating an engaging and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1.
• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
