Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis from February 24th until the end of July. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective maths lessons to students across various year groups, ensuring they achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality maths lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and other school activities as required.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or similar.
• DBS check or willingness to undergo a new one.
• Proven experience teaching maths at the secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

• Experience with KS5
• Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and methods.
