The Role:

• Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Support students with a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles and EHCP requirements
• Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and school staff
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN teaching qualification
• Experience working with students with SEN in a secondary school setting
• A strong understanding of differentiation, behaviour management, and inclusive teaching
• Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
• A passion for supporting students with additional learning needs
