Description:
Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the South East who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor to cover some maternity leave for a 12 month contract,
The role would require court presence once a month (on average), aside from that it would be fully remote.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years PQE
- Have previous experience with S21As, Court of Protection, and DOLS
- Be experienced working for local authorities
- Have some exposure to advocacy
- Have two employment references available upon request.
