Salary: MPS or UPS (Fringe pay scale) ( 31,350 to 47,839)
Full or part-time role available

We are seeking an enthusiastic, inspirational and well-qualified teacher of RE/RS to join our vibrant team and help develop your teaching. The successful candidate must have the ability to motivate students to excel in this subject.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach RE across the full age and ability range
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum and school policies
• Set appropriate homework, mark work, assess and track student progress
• Maintain a stimulating learning environment promoting student achievement
• Contribute to the development of schemes of work and teaching resources
• Participate in professional development activities and department meetings
• Support students' cultural capital through extra-curricular involvement
• Other duties as specified in the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document

Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status or working towards QTS
• Excellent subject knowledge in RE
• Ability to inspire students and achieve high outcomes
• Effective classroom management and behaviour strategies
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
• Dedication to continuous professional development
