Position: Early Years EducatorLocation: Lambeth, LondonSalary: 87 - 105 daily

8:30 - 4:00

Tempest Education are working with a vibrant and inclusive school, who are looking for EYE's to work with early years students in the heart of Lambeth. You must be dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive. You must have a love for learning and always determined to providing the best possible start in life for every child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children aged 0-5.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and carers.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Ensure all activities meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
