The Role

As a Senior technical CRM Exec in our Behaviour Change Programmes, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and optimising initiatives that truly drive impact. You'll work with a dynamic team, employing technical CRM strategies to foster member engagement and health improvements.?

We've called this role a technical CRM Exec as we believe it'll utilise the same skill sets, data approach and test-and-learn mindset. We didn't think people would necessarily open the ad if we called it "Behaviour Change Engagement Platform Exec", but you'll be using all your knowledge to make a difference to people's lives-helping them make changes that really make a difference.?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine end-to-end goal journeys within our health engagement programme, incorporating diverse content and interactive elements.
  • Manage our app's 'Coach', guiding members to improve their health metrics.
  • Lead the technical implementation of Behavioural Change content in CRM systems, including content sequences and event triggers.
  • Collaborate with our behaviour change squad to develop and implement goal plans and propositions for new goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test and learn strategies for our coach community and challenges.
  • Engage with our science team to ensure all plans and content are scientifically grounded.
  • Initiate pilots for community expansion and manage personalised engagement paths for diverse segments.
  • Coordinate with Growth CRM and Social Media teams to align marketing efforts and community engagement.

Location:

This role operates on a hybrid basis and the team utilise our Central London office as a base for meetings each week? - we are in the office two days a week with Thursdays being a H&B&Me team-wide day.? There will also be a need to attend supplier locations for face-to-face meetings. As the service is digital, there may be the occasional need for out-of-hours working to support the delivery of services.

The Person

  • Proficiency in simple coding and markup, with familiarity in languages like Lua or Python.
  • Experience with behavioural change platforms and CRM systems.
  • Proactive collaboration skills with science, medical, and regulatory teams, ensuring compliance.
  • Track record of managing engagement programmes across various segments.
  • Ability to work closely with product and technology teams, using data to inform decisions.
  • Experience in health tech or regulated industries preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a data-driven approach.
