Workday Functional Consultant - Advanced Compensation

Workday Functional Consultant with expert knowledge of Advanced Compensation is required by Logic Engagements to work for our global client on a Workday HCM implementation programme (Outside IR35 contract)

In order to be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• Extensive background working as a Workday functional consultant
• Expert knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation module including strong experience with configuration - essential
• Previous experience working on Workday Payroll or Talent & Performance modules preferred although not essential.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

*Please note this role will be predominantly remote with occasional days in the office for key meetings/workshops.*
