GSL Education are currently seeking an experienced ASD Teacher to join a secondary school in Newcastle upon Tyne. This role is ideal for a dedicated teacher with a passion for working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of students with ASD.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with support staff and other professionals to meet the needs of students.
• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching students with ASD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
