Store Manager - Brodick, Isle of Arran
Salary: £45,000 - £53,400 plus great benefits and relocation support package
Contract: Permanent
Due to the location of this position, relocation to the island is necessary - we are also offering a relocation support package with this position, which can be discussed in more detail at interview.
We're looking for a skilled Store Manager to join our retail team. This full-time Store Manager role comes with a competitive salary and brilliant benefits package.
Located on the west coast of Scotland, Brodick is the main village on the Isle of Arran. Although best known for it's ferry port, Brodick is also a popular tourist destination with wide golden beaches, thick surrounding forests, a historic castle, and family-friendly attractions.
As a Store Manager in Brodick, you'll help to deliver our store purpose by guiding the commercial and community strategies in your store. It's one of most profitable stores in the north, so it's vital you lead your team and show them how to make shopping at Co-op a fantastic experience. You'll help them to grow and learn so they can show our customers, colleagues, and members the difference Co-op brings to local communities.
