Are you a well-organised individual with excellent communication skills? Are you self-motivated and a creative problem solver? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a dynamic organisation in the construction sector, is seeking a motivated Administrator to join their team immediately on a temporary to permanent basis.

In this role, you will be an essential part of a small office team, providing support and assisting with the smooth running of site teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Programming works and utility map plotting
• Liaising with suppliers and managing orders
• Replying to emails and answering calls
• Keeping a log of jobs and working with spreadsheets
• Liaising with clients and utility providers
• Handling enquiries
• Communicating with workers on-site
• Filing, scanning and other general administrative duties

To excel in this position, our client is looking for someone who is not only a team player but also has a good understanding of general IT systems, including the Microsoft package with a focus on Excel. Additionally, the ability to study maps and coordinates will be beneficial.

Key Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
