anzuk is collaborating with a Brent Based Primary school to find a Year 3 teacher.
Year 3 Teacher Job Description:
Produce and implement customised lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and behavioural needs of each student in the Year 3 class
Conduct assessments, provide timely feedback, and track student progress
Cultivate a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a sense of value, respect, and motivation for all students
Maintain transparent communication by regularly providing feedback to students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative approach to education.
The Ideal Year 3 Teacher:
Possess a valid teaching certification, such as QTS, to ensure the highest standards of teaching practice
Demonstrate a track record of successful experience working with primary-aged students with behavioural needs, showcasing your ability to meet the unique challenges of this group
Hold a recent and clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Embody patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of students, particularly those with diverse behavioural needs
