An exciting opportunity has arisen for Trainee Account Executive to join a small, close-knit team within the insurance sector.

With 50 years of experience in insurance, they are not your typical insurance brokers They offer flexibility and a friendly/social working environment.

MUST have at least 1 years experience in a fast-paced sales position, you will be be a self-starter to really make a success of this role This role is more about you so if you are, on the ball, target and money driven and you want to build a career in the NEW YEAR - then don t worry about the rest as industry training and support will be provided.

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Driven and abition is a MUST!
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong team ethic.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Work with a high degree of accuracy in all tasks, ensuring good attention to detail.

Experience

• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is an advantage.
• Previous sales experience is a MUST, ideally over the phone sales!
