What You Bring to the Table

• A degree (BSc or MSc) in a commercial, contractual, or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale tenders or projects, ideally in offshore renewables or a similar environment
• A strong focus on commercial and contractual management with expertise in assessing and mitigating risks
• Proven skills in effective negotiation, your ability to secure positive outcomes is key
• Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire and guide teams in line with our values
• Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with an appreciation for cultural diversity to connect with global teams effectively
