Technical Operator

AM2PM Recruitment are recruiting for Technical Operatives to join our market leading Manufacturing client based in Fakenham with immediate starts. Our client is a meat-free production in Fakenham! Our client produces high-quality, sustainable, and delicious meat-free products.

As a Technical Operator at our meat-free production site, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining high-quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing industry that is making a positive impact on the world.

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

Monday - Thursday - 6PM - 6AM

OR

Monday - Thusday 6AM - 6PM

Pay Rate:
DAYS - 12.01 Per Hour

NIGHTS - 13.21 Per Hour

One hour unpaid break per day.

The Job role:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Perform regular quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
• Follow health and safety regulations and ensure the work environment remains clean and hazard-free.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and optimize processes.

Site is accessible via public transport & has free on-site parking available. All roles are ongoing for the right candidates looking for Fulltime shift patterns.
