We are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of students across the area.

Position Overview
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide tailored support that promotes engagement and academic progress. You will assist in creating a positive learning environment, supporting students' individual needs, and contributing to their overall development. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and a commitment to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Work one-on-one or with small groups of students to provide targeted support.
• Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans for students with additional needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued.
• Help manage classroom behavior to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
• Prepare classroom materials and assist with administrative tasks as required.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and school staff.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
• A passion for education and a desire to support students in their learning journey.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and staff.
• Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge or experience working with SEN students is an advantage.
