About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students. From assisting in classroom activities to providing one-on-one support, your dedication will contribute to creating an engaging and enriching learning experience for all students.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-on-one support
• Support teachers in delivering lessons and implementing learning activities.
• Provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the educational needs of students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students.
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
