Can you make a real difference to people's lives? Join our passionate and dedicated team as a Support Worker in Adult Social Care. These are permanent, full-time positions working 37.5 hours per week, based in rural Somerset, near Taunton. The hours of work are 08.00 - 20.30 pm, 3 days a week on a rota basis and will include weekends. You do not need previous experience as the client offers excellent training and certified support, and the role is all about finding the right people with the right attitude to caring for others.

About the Service Facility: You will be working in a registered care home, that supports individuals with multiple needs, including substance misuse, mental health needs or a learning disability. Providing a safe calm environment from which supported individuals can plan their next steps and grow in independence. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including washing, bathing, dressing, and assisting with toilet care.
• Support clients in managing their daily activities and promoting independence.
• Develop and implement personalised Care Plans.
• Maintain accurate health-related records and documentation.
• Assess and manage risks to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to provide holistic care.
