Are you a compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individual? GSL Education are currently seeking a Support Worker to join a local school in Bovington immediately. This is a rewarding role where you will support students with a range of complex needs, including learning difficulties and physical disabilities.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will assist in the delivery of educational and care plans, supporting students both in and outside of the classroom. Your role will include helping with personal care, moving and handling, and providing tailored support to students to ensure their safety, dignity, and independence. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to create a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development.
