Role: Software Developer Salary: up to £55,000 per annum Location: Remote working with occasional travel to Tamworth
We are working with a large scale organisation who are a Microsoft Gold Partner, who required a .NET Developer who has experience of working on web development. The client are looking for somoene who has a strong understanding of WinForms applications in either C# or VB.NET. The company is embarking on exciting new projects to migrate current desktop applications to the web.
Skills and experience required:
Proven commercial experience developing Windows Forms applications (C# or VB.NET)
Web development experience in ASP.NET MVC
Ability to debug large, multi-solution, multi-layer projects
Good working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft SQL Server (2012 onwards), relational database design and performance diagnostics
Ability to write and optimize SQL queries
Good working knowledge of Object Oriented programming practices, SOLID principles and design patterns
This will be a remote opportunity with occasional travel to Tamworth as and when required.
