Job Title: Site Manager
Salary: 45,000 to 55,000 (dependent on experience) or 375 to 430/day
Location: Scotland-wide
Type: Permanent or Contract

About the Role

Our client is urgently looking for Site Managers to strengthen their Construction team across Scotland. You will play a vital role in delivering key Scottish Water projects throughout the country. Reporting to the Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will lead the site team to ensure operational activities meet safety, quality, programme, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all works respect the needs of local communities and the travelling public.
  • Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team effectively.
  • Promote cost-conscious management and optimise resource use.
  • Develop, review, and update realistic project programmes.
  • Prepare, review, and brief method statements and risk assessments.
  • Provide accurate "as constructed" records to the CDMC for the Health and Safety File upon scheme completion.

What Our Client is Looking For

  • Recognised Civil Engineering/Site Management qualifications.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Management certification (IOSH or equivalent).
  • CSCS Site Manager certification (minimum).
  • First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Experience in the water/wastewater treatment industry.
