SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in special educational needs (SEN) support to make a real difference in students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, and other learning needs.
• Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
• Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Promote the social, emotional, and academic development of students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role.
• Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to supporting students.

Salary:
95-110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications).
