Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners by providing crucial support for their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with special educational needs in their daily learning activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and customized learning strategies.
• Provide support for students' social, emotional, and physical needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
• Help foster a positive atmosphere that promotes confidence, independence, and a love for learning among students.

What We re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN, especially those with Autism, ADHD, or other learning challenges.
• A patient, empathetic, and committed approach to supporting children in their educational journey.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the unique needs of each student.
