Are you a qualified OCDEA/NDEA Energy Assessor based in the Leeds area?

This super friendly energy assessment team works within a design consultancy and have had a consistently growing workload looking at refurb and new build residential schemes. Some examples are:

• 150m commercial building from retail development in Manchester
• Two "tall buildings" that will become apartment blocks in Leeds
• Several new build, student residential schemes in the north.

The Energy Assessor team work on a hybrid basis spending a day or two in the office a week and the rest of the time being remote. Depending upon your experience and skills you'll be able to get involved with SAP, SBEM and overheating (TM59) assessments, generating energy strategy and decarbonisation reports, and managing client engagement.

• OCDEA/NDEA qualified
