Sellick partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Roofer for a social housing organisation based in Greater Manchester.

The Roofer will work within the repairs and maintenance department, carrying out predominately ladder access jobs to pitched roofs, slate & tile, flat roof systems and more.

Duties of the Roofer:

• Working alongside another Roofer and trainee Roofer completing ladder access jobs to pitched roofs, slate & tile, flat roof systems etc.
• Working on domestic social housing properties across the local area
• Advising tenants on building related matters and to assist them in the safe running of their home
• Liaise with Customer Services staff on safeguarding issues

Criteria of the Roofer:

• Qualified in Roofing or equivalent Roofing experience
• Full UK Driving License
