We are supporting a client based in Leicester in their search for a talented Regional Head of Sales. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who can influence and deliver strategy, inspiring a team of over 20+ field sales colleagues to achieve exceptional sales performance and exceed expectations.
Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you'll have full accountability for a diverse team with a broad customer base.
Your main responsibilities will include coaching and motivating the team to ensure their sales pipelines remain healthy and their customer value proposition is front and centre in all conversations.
With extensive sales experience, you'll excel at negotiating within local sales markets and securing new business through effective collaboration with both internal and external networks.
This role offers hybrid working, allowing you to be based anywhere in the UK. However, frequent visits to the clients' office in Leicester will be essential to effectively partner with the Sales Leadership Team and the wider business.
We are looking for someone who has:
Strategic senior level thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of successful P&L delivery in a sales environment is crucial.
Excellent market, competition, and customer understanding.
Experience in high-value complex negotiations and a track record of sales success is necessary.
Ideally has a degree or equivalent experience.
Confidence in analysing and manipulating sales data through CRM sources like Salesforce and PowerBI will be beneficial.
Good budget and report writing skills are needed.
Experience with KPI account facilitation and contract management reviews will be expected.
Flexibility for regular travel and overnight stays is essential.
The salary for this position is c 80,000 plus up to 20% bonus, company car, and other benefits.
