Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the construction industry and a proven track record in recruitment or sales. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and contributing to the continued success of PSR Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates within the construction sector.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or a strong sales background, preferably within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
