Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional project and programme management services across the entire lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality project management and programme standards.

• Advising clients on project costs, risks, timelines, and issues.

• Leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams.

• Driving client communications and stakeholder relationships.

• Producing detailed reports, including project programmes and risk registers.

• Developing robust delivery plans to meet objectives efficiently.

• Challenging the status quo to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements of the Project Manager:

• A relevant Project Management Qualification (APM, RICS, or similar) or working towards one.

• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure projects and/or programme management.

• Expertise in managing pre- and post-contract project responsibilities, with a strong working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts (NEC Accreditation preferred).

• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and priorities.

• Familiarity with best practices in project management and a commitment to high standards of delivery.
