Project Manager

• Managing all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Leading and coordinating a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.
• Monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving the project to a successful completion.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in project management, ideally with experience in Civil Engineering and Structural Contracts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A thorough understanding of construction methodologies and contracts.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
