Production / Factory Operative

Wooburn Green, High Wycombe

We are looking for a candidate that is: -

• Reliable.
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Must have good understanding of warehouse operations.
• Computer literacy an advantage.
• To be highly motivated, to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• To work in a methodical and tidy manner.
• To be able to understand and follow instructions from a supervisor.

Main Duties:-

• Operating Metalworking Equipment - Both Automated and Manual
• Equipment will include learning to run the Spiral Machine
• Other duties may involve working on picking/packing ducting orders.
• Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company.
• Follow the requirements of the Company's ISO Procedures.
• Follow the Company's Health and Safety Policy, work instructions & safe systems of work.

Other duties may include but not restricted to: -

• Operating metalworking equipment, both automated and manual equipment.
• Grinding, cutting pipe

Full Training given 12.50 ph to 13 max

Hours are 8.00 to 4.30 with hour for lunch and possible overtime to 5pm Mon-Fri

20 days holiday plus bank holidays

We currently pay commission of 8% p.a.

Fork Lift License would be good but not essential
