An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Principal Psychologist in neurorehabilitation to join our client, aiding individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI) in South Wales.

The Role:

Our client seeks a Principal Psychologist for their renowned service at Ty Aberdafen. You'll work with individuals coping with cognitive, physical, and emotional symptoms post-severe brain injury, promoting independence and participation in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to the multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Conduct specialist psychological assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Offer expert psychological advice for therapeutic interventions.
• Perform risk assessments and manage risks for service users.
• Participate in team meetings to enhance clinical services.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A doctorate in clinical psychology (or equivalent), accredited by the BPS.
• Strong skills in analyzing complex clinical information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and experience in neurorehabilitation.
