About the role and the school

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher for a lovely school in Oldham. As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. You will develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the National Curriculum, ensuring that each student receives the necessary support to achieve their academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, committed to student success, and eager to make a difference in children's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Plan work for the class following national, LEA, and school curriculum policies to provide a broad, balanced, and stimulating curriculum.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Ability to plan work that is accessible to all learners.
• Passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
• Effective communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents.
