Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students develop strong literacy and analytical skills.
• Monitor progress and provide meaningful feedback, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering student engagement and a passion for Maths.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum content and teaching practices.
• Support the wider school community, contributing to a culture of high expectations and achievement.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and an ability to inspire students of all abilities.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to professional development and contributing to the school's ongoing success.
