KS1 Teacher

KS1 Teacher: We embrace children from all backgrounds of Jewish belief and the wider community, fostering an inclusive environment where Jewish, universal, and British values are at the heart of all we do.We are seeking a dedicated Year 1 Class Teacher to inspire and nurture our young learners. The ideal candidate will create a dynamic classroom environment, engaging students through innovative teaching methods and a strong sense of community.

• Lead weekly outdoor education sessions, fostering a love for nature and experiential learning.
• Create an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere that celebrates diversity.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to support student development.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Year 1.
• Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia approach and outdoor learning principles.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
