HRA Accountant

Job Opportunity - HRA Accountant - Fully Remote!

One of my local Government clients are currently on the lookout for a HRA Accountant to join their team on an interim basis.

HRA Accountant

Contract Length: 6 Months

Pay Rate: DOE

Days: X5 days (Could also consider X4 days) per week

Start Date: ASAP

Hybrid working: Fully Remote

The role will include:-

• Supporting the councils HRA.
• Monthly rent journals.
• Journaling capital & revenue in the HRA.
• Completing Matrix balance sheet reconciliations.
• RTB returns.

Successful candidates will:

• Have experience doing if not all, some of the above listed tasks in a local authority setting.
• Have local authority experience or experience working for a Housing Association/Housing Trust on HRA Accounts.
• You do not necessarily need to be a fully qualified accountant for this position as they are also willing to consider candidates who are part qualified or qualified by experience.
