HR Advisor

Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with our client in the search for an HR Advisor to join the team at their Portsmouth HQ, on a hybrid basis.

In this role you will be responsible for providing specialist advice to the people managers across this fantastic business.

Some key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with managers to attract, hire and retain great people.
• Maintaining the people related policies.
• Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives.
• Providing ER advice such as absence and/or performance improvement.
• Checking the monthly payroll submission.

As an individual you will have the following skills and experience:

• HR and Employment legislation exposure.
• Have a driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Recruitment experience.
• Be comfortable working in a busy corporate environment.
• Confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
