Job Title: GCSE Tutor
Location: Peckham, London
Contract Type: Temporary, Flexible, Part-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: 25- 30 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, tailored tuition in core subjects to GCSE students.
• Develop and implement personalised lesson plans that address each student's unique learning needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to both students and parents/guardians.
• Adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning styles, including effective strategies for SEN learners.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience with GCSE core subjects.
• Experience working with SEN students is essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Must have, or be willing to undertake, an enhanced DBS check.

Desired Qualifications:

• PGCE in a core subject (such as Maths, English, or Science) and/or QTS is highly desirable.
