Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, fault-finding, and repair tasks on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) in line with service schedules.
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues across designated sites.
Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Keep accurate records of work completed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with other engineers and the wider facilities team.
Qualifications and Skills:
NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant trade (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
