Description:

Teaching Tomorrow is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Drama Teacher to join a vibrant school community in Didcot. This is a full-time position currently until Easter, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver dynamic drama lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and express themselves creatively.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the drama curriculum and contribute to extracurricular drama activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders regarding student progress and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Drama or Performing Arts.
  • Proven experience teaching Drama at Key Stages 3 and 4, with a passion for inspiring young minds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
