Job Description: We have an exciting new opportunity available for an experienced Door Supervisor to join our team at premium hospitality and entertainment venues in London.

Full-time and part-time hours available. Work may include evenings, weekends, bank holidays. Candidates will need to be flexible to meet business needs. This is a zero hours contract and is not a cash in hand positon. We will pay tax and national insurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, their staff, and their customers. As a Door Supervisor, you are the first point of contact for visitors, and it will be your responsibility to maintain a safe and secure environment for all. If you have the relevant experience, and hold a valid SIA Door Supervisors licence, and have the Right to Work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work history, we want to hear from YOU!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough security checks on individuals entering the premises.
• Monitoring and controlling access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Handling and diffusing potentially volatile situations with professionalism.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and patrons.
• Working with colleagues and venue management to maintain a cohesive security strategy.
• Reporting and documenting incidents as required.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of security service.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
• Must be able to provide 5 years checkable work history
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK
• Must have at least 12 months experience working in bars, hotels, restaurants or other entertainment venues
• Smart appearance: Black Suit, White shirt, black tie and smart black shoes
• Must be able to work around alcohol
• Excellent knowledge of security procedures, access control, and crowd management techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per the establishment's operational requirements.
