As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work.
• Build positive relationships with students to maintain a constructive learning environment.
• Support the school s behavior policies and classroom management standards.
• Work flexibly across the school, gaining valuable experience in different departments.

What We re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a school or education setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to your work.
• The desire to contribute to a school community that values teamwork and growth.
