Commercial Manager - Conflicts of Interest

Sanderson is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for Commercial Manager - Conflicts of Interest to be London based out.

Job Title= Commercial Manager - Conflicts of Interest

Location = Remote/London

Duration= 12 Months Initially

IR35 Status: Inside

Experience:

To be considered for this exciting new role we will need you to meet the following criteria:

• Extensive commercial/procurement experience in a consulting and major programme context
• In depth and up to date understanding of CoI management in this context
• Proven influencing skills.
• Proven experience of managing own projects to deliver on time and in line with client expectations
• Proven knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks pertinent to the role eg PCR 2015
• Confident at identifying risk and implementing the appropriate controls to protect the client.
• Able to effectively manage personal utilisation and project delivery.
• Commercially astute and a customer focused professional.
• Ability to engage and communicate with people at all levels within the business and within our clients.
• Strong influencing skills that enable you to provide a truly consultative service to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• CIPS Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply or alternative experience.
