As a Clinical Lead, you will:

Manage and mentor a team of nursing staff
Deliver excellent quality outcomes and person-centred care
Work 40 hours per week, including 8am-8pm shifts and 9am-5pm supernumerary days
Take on-call duties and work alternate weekends
Build excellent relationships with residents and their families

A valid NMC pin in Adult Nursing
