Location: Bradford Hybrid working
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Hope Housing has a remarkable opportunity for a forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer to steer the charity through its next chapter, focusing on ending rough sleeping in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

This role will require strong, visionary leadership to inspire a dedicated team and engage with key stakeholders in our mission to provide crisis support, advocacy, and supported housing to those experiencing homelessness.

Founded in 2008, Hope Housing is a Christian charity committed to transforming the lives of the homeless in Bradford. We offer tailored support and work collaboratively with various organisations to ensure that vulnerable individuals receive the assistance they need. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the organisation with faith, kindness, and compassion.
• Drive growth by securing partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Oversee financial management ensuring sustainable operations.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborations with funders and local organisations.
• Promote a proactive safeguarding culture.
• Empower and support volunteers to enhance community engagement.
